Food in the restaurant is the best food I ever had in a hotel.

Too much refurbishment noise during my stay

The room had an air conditioner, in-room safe, and storage space, along with an exceptionally comfortable bed, and it's conveniently located near bars and restaurants.

The staff are friendly and helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The internet is expensive and considering the price for the hotel room is high, internet should have been free.

Substantial breakfast, we did not want to leave.

the room was air-conditioned and great value, had a real good stay also in a business trip. we loved sitting at the restaurant during breakfast.

The room here was really cool and came with three beds, so plenty of space for everyone. It's located right in the heart of Flamengo, making it super convenient to get around. Plus, there's a great bar called Bartman just 900 feet away with awesome drinks 🍹.

Tbh, had a good stay on a business trip. The hotel was big size, and the meals were reasonably priced, I thoroughly enjoyed the great and handy location near to the train station, the metro and the gardens of the palace, and the most important tourist attractions, such as Pão de Açucar and Corcovado. Family room was recently renovated and good-sized had hypo-allergenic pillows. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view of the hills was lovely.

As for me, the area was a little dark.

Situated in the Flamengo district, this place offers a great location just minutes away from a subway station, making it a perfect spot to explore.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro and a street with shops and restaurants. Nice view from the roof.

The room was small and not as clean as I would have liked. The front desk is slow and were not particularly nice. We stayed during a busy period and breakfast was always chaotic. It was very expensive for what it was.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in a safe area. Easy access to metro and all major attractions.

The breakfast selection was great, and we've stayed here before and plan to return in the future due to the comfort and reliability of this hotel.
